KG. 1 online registration for the Academic Year 2019-2020

The link for the online registration will be activated on Friday, 19.10.2018 and will remain open until Wednesday, 24.10.2018, 02.00 pm.
Interested parents need to register online during the above period only. Applications received before and after the stipulated time will not be considered.
A lucky draw for 25 seats will be held at the school auditorium (Gate no. 1) on Thursday, 25/10/2018 at 3.45 pm. On this day, you are requested to present a copy of the applicant’s passport and the confirmation mail at the counter for verification. Verification of documents will begin at 2.45 pm until 3.30 pm. The gates will close at 3.30 pm. and the draw will be conducted at 3.45 pm. Incase of absence or late entry, the applicants name would not enter into the draw. Students need not accompany the parent/guardian.
After the draw, the selected 25 applicant’s passport copy along with the confirmation mail will be retained by the school. To assess the child, an interaction session will be held with the Kindergarten In charge. The date for the same will be allotted to the selected students at the end of the draw process.
Interaction of the child is mandatory to confirm the seat. Once confirmed, a registration fee of Dhs. 500/- (non refundable) will be collected to reserve the seat. This amount will be adjusted with the 1st term fees in the month of February 2019 during the admission process. The interaction date will be tentatively between 04/11/2018 & 08/11/2018.
Age criteria for KG. 1 admissions ( as per ADEK directives) is as follows:
As on 31/03/2019, the applicant should complete minimum 3 years 8 months and maximum 4 years 8 months. Noncompliance to the above criteria, the admission will be rejected even if the child is selected in the draw. So, you are kindly requested not to alter the date of birth of the applicant in the application.
